When you clean and pressure was you will remove the gray. Using a clear sealer with no tint/color will allow the wood to gray naturally.

Use Flood Solid Stains. They can mix it to any color you want.

If it has been 3-4 years then you will need a recoat of the same. Use the Gemini Restore Kit and light pressure wash for the prep.
