                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am guilty. No execuse. None. I have not stripped and refinished the Ipe deck in four years. It was last refinished with Messmers and I'm now looking at Armstrong Clark Ipe finish.</p><p>In the meantime, the deck has darkened in some areas, faded in others, has mildew etc. What would be the proper restoration process? So far it looks like Restore a Deck Stripper followed by Restore a Deck Wood brightener. I have a Dewalt power washer with a 100 ft hose that can do 4000 PSI. Does this combo seen appropriate? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.</p>]]></content:encoded>
