A handyman recently cleaned and prepped my 15 year old cedar deck and applied 2 coats of Behr Transparent WeatherProofing all-in-one wood finish, all, he says, according to instructions (I was away, so no way to know exactly how it was all done). It is now 2 weeks later and the surface is tacky everywhere, way too tacky to use. Behr customer support says detergent wash it, but that made no difference.
How can I get rid of the tackiness?
Thanks,
