It looks splotchy, too dark, and is a little tacky compared to my larger deck.

Can I strip just the decking and treads, but avoid stripping/restraining everything? I don’t care that the beams/risers/footings are a little tacky. Any tips? I have Defy stripper and a pressure washer. Thanks!
