                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>First of all, great site!</p><p>We have a white cedar deck in the Seattle area.</p><p>Probably last stained 5 years ago using Behr Semi-Transparent Waterproofing Wood Stain.</p><p>Used Wet &amp; Forget and lightly pressure washed this spring knowing I would be re-staining this summer.</p><p>Best advice to remove remaining stain and brighten before staining again?
