I recently stained my deck with Sikkens SRF in Mahogany. I had pressure washed deck, cleaned with a brightened and then sanded. Now my deck is blotchy, seems stain did not react well with the little bit of previous stain and worse part is that the stain has turned black in parts! Not only that but it rained for all of three minutes and ruined the stain. The wood was stripped bare and had no blackening. What has happened? I am so confused! I don’t know what to do and if stripping it will even allow me to put a transparent stain back on. It is soooo dark. Will stripping a freshly stained deck work? 1054,1055,1053
