Maybe use a brown tinted stain as that would probably hide the green better.

The previous owner had put a layer of copper 2 wood preservative over my deck about 4 years ago.  I’ve sanded down my deck really thoroughly, however it’s still got a lot of green, especially around the knots of the wood. Has anyone tried a wood stripper to remove this? I’d like to try a semi transparent stain but I think the green will show through 843
