Deck is 20 yrs old and has had Behr Premium Wood Coating Solid Stain applied and touched up and re-applied because of peeling and chipping over it's life time.  

Is there anything I can do to get this stain off?

The two gray boards in the one pic were replaced last year.  Right side one was powerwashed and is ready for restaining.
