I am trying to remove two old layers of PPG Acri Shield solid stain. It's so thick it looks like paint. I have tried using wolman deckstrip-asr, citristrip gel, and sunnyside 2 min remover gel. This stuff is impenetrable. Nothing is working. Trying to power wash it off with a 3500 PSI machine after applying the strippers. The old cans of stain say 100% acrylic latex solid stain. Any ideas on any strippers that will work or am I going to have to sand?374
