                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[Finished stripping the old stain. I had to do a bit of sanding and I am now ready to apply the Restore-a-deck brightener.  The instructions suggest to wait 48 hours before staining. I will apply TWP1500 stain.<br />
	The thing is, there is rain forecasted in the next few days and probably can't get 3 "dry days" in a row for the foreseeable future.<br />
	What is the best strategy? When they say, wait 48 hours before applying the stain, the mean 48 "dry" hours?<br />
	So bottom line, do I need to wait 48 hours to let the wood dry thoroughly before staining? And does it matter that it rains over the brightener?]]></content:encoded>
