                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[Our deck has Valspar House and Trim Primer and two coats of Cabot’s Solid Color Decking Stain on it.  It was applied 5 years ago and began peeling within one year.  We are planning to strip all of the remaining stain and primer off using Restore-a-Deck products (stripper and brightener).  Would we be able to apply TWP 100 once we have the deck prepped?  I want to make sure we are using something that will adhere to the deck and not peel.]]></content:encoded>
