You will not get a true semi-transparent with either of those brands in that color.

Sikkens also makes a fantastic line of translucents but apparently the quality of Sikkens is not good at all. Plus, you can't get them in Canada.
 
I want to make sure what I get has durability. Does anyone have success with Home Hardware's Beauti-tone line?

I would like to find a semi-transparent stain that is TURQUOISE. I had an opaque stain on my old deck, but I want to see the grain of the wood and have an awesome pop of colour. Sikkens has an awesome colour but not great reviews, plus, I cannot get it in Canada. Anyone have any suggestions for me? I am looking at the Beauti-tone products but was also told it is not too good of a product. I live in a small town but have access to Home Hardware and Rona products. Thanks in advance!
