                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hello,I live in PA my deck ( pine )is 4 years old  located in  a shady area.some little sun during the summer and more when tree don't have leaves.We cleaned and stained it with  the  Olympus clear stain. This spring I just washed it and scrubbed with  Murphy soap and now it looks horrible .Should we use cleaner,or striper, power wash , brightener and then stain.Please advise . Thanks  <br />
