                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Need advise on deck stain. </p><p>I recently moved to a house which has old deck, it seems it was never stained or painted.</p><p>6 weeks back I applied Olympic deck cleaner, and did power wash, but could not decide if I should apply semi transparent or solid stain.</p><p>wood also has some scratches/holes, should I apply wood filler, if yes, which one please.</p><p>I believe I need to apply wood brightener before I apply any stain, but please help which type of stain I should apply</p><p>I am attaching the pictures of my deck.</p><p>Thanks</p><p>Rahul</p>]]></content:encoded>
