                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[I have a 4yr old cedar deck that I power washed and standee and then stained the deck after 2ys.  Within 6mn it turned black.  Power washed and stripped last weekend.  Sanded all the rough spots and fuzzies off.<br />
	Do I need to rewash the deck with water or should I rinse with a brightner.<br />
	After that what is the best stain to use.  Don't want to do this every 2 yrs and can't afford to rip the deck out.<br />
