I live in Southern California and need to refinish the siding on my SMOOTH, clear, cedar sided home. Previously treatments were apparently a traditional linseed oil/turpentine/tint mix. I'd like to use a product that produces the most natural, non-obscuring finish possible. Generally I'm not a huge fan of the semi-transparent look - it always seems somewhat plasticky. What would you recommend? TRD products only seem to be available in semi-trans for CA. Thanks so much.
