I have 25 gals of twp 100 sitting on my walk. 3 gallons of Clean and Bright Stripper. Started using stripper and contractor said not working. Call TWP retailer she said use garden sprayer at 5-1 ratio. We used it at 2-1 and nothing really. Called TWP manufacturers and they asked what I had previously sealed with. I used Flood CWF-UV. They said I could not use TWP over Flood CWf because short of sand blasting there was nothing the homeowner could do to strip the old CWF off. She recommended going back with CWF but they have changed the formula so much and it is much inferior than the original that I want to use a better semi transparent stain. The contractor has wasted a day already and wantrs to just bleach then spray with CWF. Any thoughts. Thanks.
