2. Full Shade, Partial Shade, or Full Sun: Partial shade, but it gets a LOT of sun. 80% sun, 20% shade during the day

3. Type of Wood: pressure treated SYP

4. Mold or Mildew Issues: Some light mold, not terrible

5. Main Issues with Previous Stains: SuperDeck was ridiculously slick when wet after initial application. Color was okay, wear wasn't great, but I was expecting to re-coat with something eventually anyway.

Built a big new deck in early 2020, we call it our Quaran-deck. All 5/4" pressure treated SYP deck boards. Allowed to weather for 4-6 months and had professional painters stain, they recommended SuperDeck and I just rolled with it without researching. For MONTHS it was ridiculously dangerously slick when wet. 2 years later and it's needing a re-coat, need something better both right after the initial application as well as lasting longer than 2 years.

Doing some reading here on your site, seems like Restore-A-Deck Cleaner and Brightener followed by TWP 100 could be a good solution? Would like to stick with semi-transparent. Do I need to do anything else to prep the surface and be rid of the SuperDeck? Thanks in advance.
