                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[I live in western CO and have a covered deck that was stained with Sikkens SRD 5 years ago.  In the traffic areas the stain is worn off, but the verticals and low traffic areas still varying amounts of have failing stain.  I want to re-stain with TWP 100.  Should I clean, sand and re-clean, or would it be more efficient to use a stripper to remove the Sikkens and then sand?  How much mess does a stripper make?  Do I need to put a tarp on the decorative rocks under/around the deck?]]></content:encoded>
