Hello! I have recently prepped a newly built pressure treated deck ramp. Mild hydroxide to clean and ensure mill glaze is removed, followed by oxalic. The weather has been very uncooperative for a clear window to apply stain. Homeowner purchased a solid stain that states 24 hours to dry before precipitation. This has been over a week. My question is what exactly is my window before I have to reply brightener?

Thank you
