Previous experience with several oil-based materials was very poor -- ugly darkening and mold that was hard to remove within a year.   Recent experience with a water-based deck furniture sealer (Banana River natural matte) was excellent, but they went out of business.  What is the best replacement?  Will Defy extreme work?  If not, what is its shortcoming?]]></content:encoded>
