-New cabin with deck built Jan 2018.

-Some type treated wood

Assuming we need to do something to protect deck.  Stain? Seal?  Cabin itself was stained by builder using SW Woodscapes Semi-Transparent oil based.   We live in E Texas and are there about every 8 weeks, less in winter.692
