They had blackened over time so we stripped with restore a deck stripper with booster and brightened  1105 and scrubbed with brushes and lightly power washed. The wood is now rough to the touch. Do we need to sand before applying Armstrong Clark cedar stain? Did we mistreat the wood? Thanks. 1105]]></content:encoded>
