Do you have any experience with Olympic Elite? We want an oil based stain, either semi-transparent or semi-solid. In our locale, we have Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Sherwin Williams, etc. Nobody carries TWP or Armstrong Clark so we have narrowed it down to Olympic Elite, but can only find product-sponsored reviews.
