                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Got a sizable gift card to HD so went with Olympic Maximim solid water based stain in a similar color. </p><p>Overcast and 58°... then We got rain about 8 hours after finishing the first coat. </p><p>Some small spots are covered in many tiny bubbles. Can I sand these sections and re stain? </p><p>its possible the wood was not totally dry before stain was apllied since we had gotten rain 2 days before and it’s wet with dew every morning. </p>]]></content:encoded>
