I live in Colorado, this time of year the deck gets full sun for a few hours in the morning and mostly shade after that. The deck was just completed and I am anxious to get it stained. I bought Superdeck transparent as recommended by the contractor that built the deck. The application instructions say between 40 - 95F. This weekend will see highs in the mid 50s and lows in the low 30s, but it will be dry and low humidity. How long does the window of temperatures between 40 - 95 have to be to apply the stain? The hourly forecast shows about 12 hours above 40 for both Saturday and Sunday.
