	4. Mold or Mildew Issues: n/a New, but that could be a problem with the humidity in our area.<br />

	The guy who built our deck said that we could stain it any time we wanted because the wood is kiln dried.  I'm looking for the proper stain to use for our area.  It's already looking dirty because of our dog, so if you could recommend a deck cleaner, also, that would be great.]]></content:encoded>
