No on the TWP. We are building a large boathouse / dock in Dallas, TX where summers are hot and humid. I want to paint most of the horizontal posts, trim, etc but stain the deck. Using pressure treated pine.

Looking at TWP100 or Defy Extreme. Regarding exterior white paint, any recommendations would be appreciated.
