	We are building a large boathouse / dock in Dallas, TX where summers are hot and humid. I want to paint most of the horizontal posts, trim, etc but stain the deck. Using pressure treated pine. <br />
	<br />
	Looking at TWP100 or Defy Extreme. Regarding exterior white paint, any recommendations would be appreciated. <br />
	<br />
	Excellent site and forum whoever is doing this!<br />
