Our pergola has been up 3 - 4 years in MA, PT southern Pine, just powerwashed and looks like new.  Southern exposure so full sun.  hjat would you recommend for a semi-transparent stain?   It also has slide-in aluminum-framed screens that slide in to sit on onside wood ledger strips to form summer screen-room.
