                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[I recently added on to  the older deck and would like to know what stain would work best since it will be used on new pressure treater pine and 5 year old boards that have been, pressure washed, brightezned and lightly sanded. This area of the house stays shady and damp so mildew/algae are big concerns. <br />
