The deck is 16'x14'.  there are about 80 pickets, size 41"long and 1 1/2" x 1" widths.  1"x6" top rail boards on 3 sides will be replaced. Can you recommend the best product to use to stain and seal the deck and how much product I'll need.  Where is available to purchase?  I live in High Point, NC Thank you. <br />
