                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi.  Our deck is one year old.  Our remodel has been slow due to Covid but picking up now.  We visited our house and found many boards warped.  Builder is replacing them and said it’s due to too many chemicals in the wood.  He said it dried it out.  He wants us to stain it now after he replaces about 10 boards. Do we need to wait after he installs the new boards for a certain amount of time?  We are near Clare, MI.  We get sun for </p>
