Hey guys, I too made the rookie mistake by waiting to long between applying the 1st and 2nd coat. I applied the 1st coat around 2pm and 2nd coat the next morning at 8am. The pictures below are of the deck currently over 26hrs after the 2nd coat. I used super deck semi transparent redwood color stain. Now my deck is dark, shiny, sticky, wet and crumbles when I tried to wipe a small area. Not sure how to fix or approach this situation. I heard mineral water but not sure if it's worth trying? Do I have to completely strip back to bare wood? (stripping, sanding, and brightening) or just a light wash to get excess stain off? 501,502
