@administrators After looking at the pictures you have answered my question about what is wrong with my deck. It is about 14 months old with treated pine. I decided to use ReadySeal and have done all the prep like they recommend, Clorox mixed with water sprayed on, remove with a pressure washer, let dry. It had a lot of white splotches and I decided to start staining anyway. I saw in a previous post that you don’t like RS. I am too far into the project now to stop with limited time due to my job. My question is, next year when I have time what should I do to get my deck ready to use a TWP product and rid myself of the dreaded fuzzies?

Here I am behind the eight ball. I built my Deck last year and due to various reasons it did not get stained/sealed. So here I am trying to figure it out. (All details will not be shared)

1st it had turned gray and I wanted to see the beautiful Pine that I paid extra to have fewer knots. 2nd I was told clear was my only option (not true) I have a very light stain now, but removing the clear and also the gray weathered caused furring and I used stripper to remove and brightener to get ready but my question is if I use a buffer to remove the fuzzies will I need to re-apply brightener? I had planned to do a good Deck Wash cleaning prior to stain/sealer.

Thank You
