                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[I have a 12 x 40 foot covered porch with a 1 year old application of Cabot Deck & Siding oil base stain on. The surface from new has been a dull finish and has held up well. There are some areas that need touch up (mostly from moving things in & out of the house) and so I am thinking of re-coating the entire surface. My question is should I strip it back down (big job) or just re-apply over the existing finish?<br />
