We have just finished cleaning and brightening our "new" 1+ year old deck with Restore-a-Deck. We live in PA, and the deck sits in morning shade and bright afternoon sun. Several large uprights, the main supports, the railings, and front face are all cedar. The plan is to begin staining (using TWP 1500) once the rain gives us the chance to dry out for 48 hours. What is best for applying this stain to the railings? What types of brushes? Foam brushes? And for the decking? Synthetic rollers? Any and all advice would be most welcome. Thank you!
