Hello,

I am looking for a stain for our 4 year old deck in Michigan. The deck is in full sun, previous stained with Sikkens Cetol stain after allowing 8 months for deck to weather. Rails have been stained once and deck boards and stairs have been done twice. Feel that the Sikkens stain hasn't held up and isn't protecting the deck. Some minor mildew on stairs. Prior to both applications deck was cleaned and completely sanded. The deck is pressure treated pine. Stain failed, appears to have sticky spots in a few areas. Thanks in advance for your help.
