3.Not sure what type of wood but it looks pressure treaded (picture attached).
4. I power washed some green stuff with a deck cleaner from deck scapes. It does not look like it was previously stained.

If I use a TWP stain do I have to rewash with their deck product or is the deck was I used from deckscapes good enough? Please help I don't want to screw this up.
