                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are in the process of buying a new home.  One of the selling features was a gorgeous new redwood deck that had been installed.</p><p>We passed the house today, so of course I had to go walk around the outside again and I was shocked to see the change in the deck.  It's only been one week since I last saw it, and we've had light rain but nothing much.</p><p>Can the deck really change that much in just one week?  Or has the seller changed out the boards?122,121,120</p>]]></content:encoded>
