Main Issues with Previous Stains: Not sure any was applied.

Moved into this house in September 2018 (and I've never lived in a house with a deck before, so don't know what to look for). Deck was replaced sometime in 2017. Unsure whether it was stained; there is a half-empty can of Cabot Gold in the garage that the previous residents left behind, but it could be from the previous deck (there's no date on the can). I did a cleaning on Sunday night with a mixture of Oxi-clean and Dawn. I'm attaching photos from today, about 2 hours after it rained quite a bit. I'd prefer to use Defy Extreme semi-transparent, but I really don't want to have to sand, so I'd opt for a solid stain as an alternative.

Does this look like a deck that was previously stained? 769,770,771,772,773,774

Thank you!
