I stained my deck a year ago using a 5 gallon bucket of TWP stain. I already stripped and brightened my deck because the stain got all black and mildewy over the winter even though I live in arid southern California. I still have half of the 5 gallon bucket of TWP left that I have stored in my garage. Is the leftover stain still ok to use? I am still not sure I should anyways due to the early failure of the previous coat, but I am considering my options.
Thanks,
