                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello and thanks for offering this forum!</p><p>Our deck was stained last year by a "Professional".  Among other issues are these strange blotches around every knot in the wood.  Pictures included.  We have scrubbed the deck 3 times and the splotches will not go away.</p><p>We complained to the person that did the deck and they want to come over and re-apply stain.  We are afraid that would make this issue worse.</p><p>The deck was stained in mid-October of last year (Minnesota).  The deck is 6 years old.</p><p>Any ideas on what causes the splotches and what can be done to rectify this issue?</p><p>Thanks, we are desperate!699,698</p><p> </p><p> </p>]]></content:encoded>
