That mess peeled in less than 6 mos. They are finally doing something about it. </p><p>Currently stripping w/SW Strip-Ease &amp; then will use SW Revive. </p><p>I want the best natural looking stain &amp; protestant to use.</p><ul><li>1. State you live in-Alabama</li></ul><ul><li>2. Full Shade, Partial Shade, or Full Sun-Part shade but some full pm sun</li></ul><ul><li>3. Type of Wood-most likely pressure treated pine approx 5 yrs old.</li></ul><ul><li>4. Mold or Mildew Issues-YES</li></ul><ul><li>5. Main Issues with Previous Stains-Peeling like crazy in less than 6 mos. </li></ul>]]></content:encoded>
