	-Do I need to remove the remaining 10&#37;?<br />
	<br />
	-If I don't remove the last bit, can I use semi-transparent or do I need to use solid color stain?<br />
	<br />
	-I am planning to sand some pretty rough boards (and flip some that I can). Should I clean and brighten before or after sanding? <br />

	-What is the best stain available in MA? I can get Cabot, Flood Advanced, or Sikkens Rubbol solid and Sikkens SRD semi-transparent in our big box store.]]></content:encoded>
