                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[I cleaned the deck as suggested with a mild detergent and a little bit of bleach (a few ounces of bleach for about 1.5 to 2.0 gallons of water...the deck looked great after the initial cleaning, but the mildew came charging back within about 3 weeks, and now is worse than when i first cleanded it last august...are there any preventive measures that i can take to forestall the return of the mildew...do products like TSP-PF or Jomax work with TWP stains or will they undermine the finish...i would prefer not to have to clean the deck every 4 weeks to get rid of mildew...]]></content:encoded>
