We used Thompson's Advanced Water Sealer on pressure treated wood about year ago when the deck was 1.5 years old. It's left a waxy black coating in places that pressure washing using Zeps & simple green deck cleaner does not get out. My husband doesn't want to use a Deck Stripper any other suggestions?
