                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have a rooftop deck that the prior owner applied Deck Over to.  In addition 3-4 boards had to be replaced with new PT lumber.  I was planning to flip the existing boards over and staining the entire deck with Armstrong-Clark semi-solid Sequoia (I believe this best match the color between old and new boards?).</p><p>For prep, can I simply use Restore-a-deck cleaner/whitener or should I sand the boards?  Given I have some new boards (~1-2 weeks old), how long should I wait before staining?</p><p>444,445</p>]]></content:encoded>
