                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>hi all, great forum.  I have an older deck and have replaced about 50% of the deck with new boards.  It looks like the deck was painted and stained at one point.  I would like to go two tone.  White railings with solid color stain on the deck boards.  Do I need to sand the boards and railings or just boards along with a leaner.  Any advice would be very helpful.  I believe I have to wait atleast 4 months to apply the deck stain to the new boards.</p>]]></content:encoded>
