The green treated decking and rough cut cedar wrap was installed about a month ago (February in Minnesota)

I plan on letting the green treated deck sit (season) for a year, but from what I am reading, I should do something with the rough cut cedar wrap. I plan on cleaning it, using a brightener and then clear sealing it.

My first question is: Will any of the cleaner and/or brightener hurt the green treated decking below it along with the aluminum powder coated railing if I get it on either of these?

Also, What products are recommended for this project? (Cleaner, brightener and sealer)

Thanks
