                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Stained my Deck with TWP cedar stain in 2021, loved the stain, actually lasting longer than the other stains I've applied.  The stain still looks pretty good, (see pictures attached) i just want to wash it so it looks cleaner and maybe a little brighter.</p>
<p>The store-bought cleaners I believe will still remove some stain which i don't want. More intended to clean before staining again (I believe).  I just want to clean it and remove some of the mildew building up, I don't want to stain again this year.</p>

<p>What type of cleaner do you recommend I use..?  Can i use power washer with circular attachment. (Karcher t300)</p>
