The store-bought cleaners I believe will still remove some stain which i don't want. More intended to clean before staining again (I believe).  I just want to clean it and remove some of the mildew building up, I don't want to stain again this year.

 

What type of cleaner do you recommend I use..?  Can i use power washer with circular attachment. (Karcher t300)
